In the Main Gallery a collection of my abstract acrylics is on display.  I use layers of paint to achieve depth and texture to my work.  At times landscape will inspire my composition and color palette.  Other times movement or emotion is the driving force.

Sumii-e paintings, in a spontaneous Asian brush style are shown in the more intimate Meadow Gallery.  With these paintings I capture the scene with minimal but lively brush strokes.  These paintings are mounted on a 1 1/2" deep cradle.

My watercolors reflect the essence of the subject not the cameras eye.  You will notice the minimalist touch to the watercolors, leaving you to enter the painting and make it your own.  Studying sumi-e (Japanese brush painting) has been a perfect fit for my work.  My watercolors are sold matted and framed.  Sizes shown are for framed pieces.

Hand sculpted tiles suitable for kitchen stove backdrop or decorative hanging.  Commissions accepted.
